Click the "Join Now" button at the top of any Majili page. Fill in your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password. Submit the form, verify your mobile number via the OTP sent to you, and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. Deposits & Payments

Log in to your account, go to the deposit section and choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR, follow the on-screen steps and the funds appear in your balance almost instantly. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

The minimum deposit on Majili is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limit in the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.

Majili does not charge fees on standard deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Majili's control and vary by provider.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are typically credited within seconds. IBFT bank transfers can take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed, and occasionally up to a few hours. Card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) are usually instant. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact Majili support with your transaction reference number.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your wallet or bank. If the deduction happened but the balance hasn't arrived in your Majili account after the expected processing time, contact support at support@majili.net with your payment reference number and the amount. If no deduction happened, the payment simply failed — you can try again or use a different payment method.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the withdrawal section and enter the amount you wish to withdraw in PKR. Choose your preferred withdrawal method — the same options available for deposits are also available for withdrawals. Confirm the request and the funds will be sent to your wallet or bank account. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP tier. Bronze players: within 24 hours. Silver: within 12 hours. Gold: within 6 hours. Platinum: within 2 hours. Diamond: instant, 24/7. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional 1–2 banking days after processing, depending on your bank. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash) typically arrive within minutes of processing.

KYC verification is required before large withdrawals are processed. You'll be prompted to submit a copy of your CNIC when the threshold is triggered. Verification is a one-time process and typically completes within 24 hours of submission. You only need to do this once — once verified, subsequent withdrawals process without additional document checks unless your details change.

The minimum withdrawal on Majili is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method.
